The HTF Review Committee of the City of Duluth serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council, City Administration, and City Staff. The objective of the Committee is to advise the City Council, City Administration, City Staff and implementing agencies concerning Housing Trust Fund programs as defined and established in Ordinance No. 21-040-O. The Committee will review funding proposals as requested by City Staff and make loan recommendations aligned with Housing Trust Fund goals as defined in Ordinance No. 21-049-O.
