RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO CAMPANTES, LLC (AZTECA’S MEXICAN GRILL), 2224 MOUNTAIN SHADOW DRIVE

CITY PROPOSAL: BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license for the period beginning September 1^st, 2016  ending August 31, 2017, respectively, subject to departmental approvals, without further restrictions:

CAMPANTES, LLC with Jenny Delgado 50%, and Martin J Chavez 50% owners as provided in attachment A.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The application of  Campantes, LLC (Azteca’s Mexican Grill),  for an on sale intoxicating liquor license has been reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed the application at their August 8, 2016 meeting and is recommending approval.
