CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proposed specifications for the new civil service classification of utility information systems analyst (attached as Exhibit A), which were approved by the civil service board on March 14, 2023, are approved. This classification shall be subject to the city's collective bargaining agreement with its basic unit employees; and that pay range for said classification shall be Range 33, pay rate of $65,141 to $76,607 per year.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The new classification of utility information systems analyst has been created to coordinate and implement projects within the utility customer services division that focus on billing software, operational procedures, and evaluate the effectiveness of existing and proposed programs and operations. The pay range negotiated for the classification is Range 33, pay rate of $65,141 to $76,607 per year.
