CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 1, from Russell Holm, a perpetual easement for utility purposes over, under, and across the real property legally described and depicted on Exhibit A to the attached Exhibit 1, for nominal consideration.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a permanent easement for utility purposes from Richard Holm over, under, and across certain property in the Kenwood neighborhood for nominal consideration. The utility easement area is located off of Boulevard Place near Rice Lake Road. The acceptance and recordation of this easement ensures that the City has the proper rights for an existing sanitary main.
