CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to accept the first amendment, attached as Exhibit A, providing a one-year extension to a sub-recipient agreement, city contract 24933, with the St. Louis River Citizens Action Committee to support public access opportunities along the St. Louis River.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the first amendment, attached as Exhibit A, providing a one-year extension to a sub-recipient agreement, city contract 24933, with the St. Louis River Citizens Action Committee to support public access opportunities along the St. Louis River. There is no change to the project funding or scope.
The sub-recipient agreement provides a subaward of $50,000 with funds awarded to the City from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency grant (city contract 24833) identified as Federal Award GL00E03811. The subaward supports the maintenance and promotion of the St. Louis River Estuary National Water Trail trailheads and providing programming to connect communities to the restored River.
