CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to execute an agreement with MSA Professional Services, Inc. for engineering services for the 2025 Lead Service Replacement Project for an amount not to exceed $166,810.00 payable from fund 510-500-1905-5533, UtilB-2215 (water, public works and utilities, capital [incl deprec/debt svc], capital improvements - Revenue; Utility Projects Budgeted, lead service replacement 2025-Hillside).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement for initial site visits and inspections, and design and bidding services for a portion of the 2025 Lead Water Service Replacement Project in the area of the attached map to MSA Professional Services, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $166,810.00.
The City Purchasing Division issued a request for proposals for multiple project areas on November 15, 2023 and received seven proposals as listed below. After evaluation and scoring, two of the proposals have been selected to each be awarded a project area within the project. MSA Professional Services, Inc. is one of the awarded proposers.
