CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with A Plus Landscaping, LLC for stream bank stabilization at Miller Creek in the amount of $138,923.50, payable out of Disaster Recovery Fund 225, Department/Agency 125 (Finance), Division 1807 (Parks, Recreation and Other), Object 5400 (Miscellaneous Repair and Maintenance Services), city project no. 1356, flood site no. 590c.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes stream bank stabilization at Miller Creek by A Plus Landscaping, LLC in the amount of $138,923.50. A Plus Landscaping was the lowest responsible bidder of the five companies that responded. The engineer’s estimate was $199,785. Payable out of Disaster Recovery Fund 225, Department/Agency 125 (Finance), Division 1807 (Parks, Recreation and Other), Object 5400 (Miscellaneous Repair and Maintenance Services), city project no. 1356, flood site no. 590c, requisition no. 16-0372. This project is entirely funded by a flood recovery grant from the Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR).
