RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR AND DANCING LICENSE TO A. KRAUSE, LLC. (BLUSH), 18 NORTH 1ST AVENUE WEST

CITY PROPOSAL: BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale intoxicating liquor and dancing license for the period beginning September 1st, 2017 ending August 31, 2018, respectively, subject to departmental approvals, without further restrictions:

A Krause, LLC. with Daniel Norgard 20%, and Micah Tigner 20%, and Gabrielle Hagstrom 20%, and Michael Preston 20%Nedwyn Gufflyr 20% owners as provided in attachment A.

 

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The application of A. Krause, LLC (Blush), for an on sale intoxicating liquor license has been reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed the application at their May 3, 2017 meeting and is recommending approval.
