CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with VEIT & COMPANY, INC. for the 2023 CIPP Storm CIPP Lining Project - City Wide, City Project No. 2114, in the amount of $1,157,162.00. The working fund for this project is Storm Fund 535, Department 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 Capital (inc deprec/debt svc), Object 5533 (Capital Improvements Revenue). (Utilb-2114-Utility Projects Budgeted-2023 Storm Water CIPP Project.)
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the 2023 CIPP Storm Lining Project - City Wide by Veit & Company, Inc. in the amount of $1,157,162.00. Veit & Company, Inc. was the lowest responsible bidder of the three companies that responded. The engineers estimate was $1,223,380.00. Payable from Storm fund 535, Department 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 Capital (inc deprec/debt svc), Object 5533 (Capital Improvements Revenue), City Project 2114, requisition 23-99318.
