RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A SNOW REMOVAL AGREEMENT WITH INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 709.

CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute and implement a snow removal agreement with Independent School District no. 709, substantially in the form of attached Document A, in which the agreement sets out the responsibilities of each party in relation to construction and snow removal.

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes an agreement with Independent School District no. 709 for the construction and plowing the proposed parking area along 101st Ave West across the street from Stowe Elementary.
