CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to amend Agreement 22923 with LHB, Inc., substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A, for additional services in preparing the Western Waterfront Parks and Trail Master Plan in the amount of $9,877.75, and a new contract total not to exceed $80,869.75, payable from 452-030-5530, HANDHTAX-1501-03 (Tourism & Recreational Projects, Finance, Improvements Other than Buildings, Half & Half Tax Projects, Western Waterfront Trail, Extension 1).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an amendment to Agreement 22923 with LHB, Inc. (“LHB”) for additional services required for the Western Waterfront Parks and Trail Master Plan.
Services covered under the amendment include site visits and technical review of potential trail re-routes, an additional stakeholder planning workshop, park programming and conceptual design services for a sixth site within the corridor, and additional costs for related project management, meeting coordination and presentations as outlined in LHB’s proposal, a copy of which is included as part of Exhibit A.
