CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that purchase order 23-0477 with JMF Construction Inc. for construction services for the Oregon Creek Culvert Emergency Repair project, be amended to include additional necessary work, and to increase the amount by $100,000.00 for a new total not to exceed $225,000.00. Payable from fund 535-500-1905-5533, UtilB-2183 (stormwater, Public Works and Utilities, capital (incl deprec/debt svc), (capital improvements fund, utility projects budgeted, emergency repair of 1880’s stone/brick Oregon Culvert).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution increases purchase order 23-0477 with JMF CONSTRUCTION, Inc. by $100,000.00. This amendment is necessary due to additional needed repairs encountered during construction. Purchasing received quotes for emergency public works repairs under solicitation 22-AA14. JMF Construction was selected as the primary contractor for emergency repairs.
