The city of Duluth does ordain:

Section 1. That approximately 4.6 acres of land located at the west end of Devonshire Street, Parcel ID# 010-2700-00050, and as more particularly described as follows:

Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days from and after its passage and publication.
