The city of Duluth does ordain:
Section 1. That Section 34-14 of Chapter 34 of the Duluth City Code is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect 30 days after its passage and publication.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This ordinance repeals Section 34-14 of Chapter 34 pertaining to false soliciting to align with the Americans with Disabilities Act and prevent potential discrimination against those with visible or invisible disabilities.
