CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that contract L30036 with Braun Intertec Corporation for Geotechnical & Materials Testing services to the City Engineering Department for various capital projects. This will increase the year three allowable amount from $50,00 to $60,000, payable from various appropriate funds, departments, agencies and objects: city project no. 1722.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends Master Services Agreement L30190 with Braun Intertec Corporation. The annual maximum amount for year 2020 will be increased from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, increasing the total contract to an amount not to exceed $260,000. The increase is necessary because testing requirements for this year have exceeded anticipated amounts for several projects including the Decker Road Reconstruction and the Lower Michigan Gas Main Relocation project.
