Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution codifies the existing “No Parking” zones that currently exist and have “No Parking” signs in place. The resolution was discussed at the Duluth Parking Commission meeting held on December 6, 2024. The Parking Commission voted in favor of keeping the existing “No Parking” zones. This resolution is a requirement of using the state grant funds received in order to bid our upcoming 2025 and 2026 projects.
