CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth issues the following on sale intoxicating liquor license, Sunday license and approves issuance of an after-hours entertainment license for the period ending August 31, 2018, subject to department approvals and further subject to approval of the Liquor Control Commissioner:

                                          Soundduluth,LLC (Sound), 132 East Superior St, with Allison Underthun, 100 percent owner.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The application for the on sale intoxicating liquor license and on sale Sunday license was reviewed by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their December 6^th meeting. The application was approved unanimously by the commission.
