RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ANNUAL TRANSFER OF $100,000 FROM THE HOME ENERGY LOAN FUND (555) TO THE ENERGY MANAGEMENT FUND (257) FOR 2024 & 2025.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an annual transfer on July 1 in the years 2024 and 2025 in the amount of $100,000 from the home energy loan fund 555 to the energy management fund 257. Any proposed change to this will require council approval.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the transfer of excess funds from the home energy loan fund to the energy management fund to facilitate energy conservation projects that bring added savings back to the city.
