RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PERMANENT EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH 725 IRVING, LLC REGARDING THE KENWOOD AND ARROWHEAD INTERSECTION.

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement substantially in the form of that attached hereto as Exhibit A with 725 Irving, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (the “Company”) accepting a permanent, perpetual and exclusive easement for street and utility purposes over company-owned property in NORTON’S DULUTH OUTLOTS, which property is more specifically shown in Attachment 1 to said Exhibit A.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this resolution is to authorize the city to enter into an agreement for a permanent street easement with the owners of the Walgreens store at the northwest corner of Kenwood Avenue and Arrowhead Road related to the installation of new traffic signals at that intersection in conjunction with the development of the Kenwood Village project.
