CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that contract L30031 with LHB, Inc. for professional Engineering services
for the Aerial Lift Bridge Rehabilitation Project, be amended to include the design services in the attached fee estimate worksheet that were not included in the scope of the original contract, and to increase the amount by the estimated amount of $435,235.00 for a new total of $652,979.00. Payable from Permanent Improvement Fund 411, Department 035 (Capital Projects Accounts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), City project no. 1710 requisition no. 2023-99000624.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends contract L30031 with LHB, Inc. by an estimated amount of $435,235.00. This amendment is necessary to allow LHB to perform the services detailed in the attached fee estimate worksheet which were not included in the original contract. City staff requires assistance from LHB to perform these design services for the Aerial Lift Bridge Rehabilitation Project. Payable out of Permanent Improvement Fund 411, Department 035 (Capital Projects Accounts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), City project no. 1710, requisition no. 2023-99000624.
