CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves renewal of the following on and off sale microdistillery licenses for the period beginning September 1, 2017, and ending August 31, 2018, for issuance by the liquor control commissioner and further subject to departmental approvals, the payment of sales and property taxes, as provided for in the Duluth City Code:

                                          Vikre Distillery, LLC, (Vikre Distillery), 525 Lake Avenue South, Suite 102.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  At the August 2^nd  Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission  meeting, the clerk stated that the renewal application of Vikre Distillery has been received and has been approved by the police department.  The commission unanimously approved the renewal applications.
