CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to execute an addendum, substantially in the form of the attached Document A, to the sub-recipient funding agreement with Life House, City Contract No. 24786, to add additional provisions required by the state of Minnesota,
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes city officials to execute an addendum to the subrecipient funding agreement with Life House to add the following provisions required by the state of Minnesota:
• An agreement to minimize administrative costs;
• Providing for procurement requirements;
• Adding reporting, monitoring, and auditing requirements;
• Adding data practices provisions;
• Clarifying worker’s compensation requirements;
• Adding provisions concerning publicity, endorsement, and copyrights;
• Including human rights and ADA provisions; and
• Providing that the laws of Minnesota will govern the agreement.
