CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth issues the following on sale intoxicating liquor license, Sunday license for the period ending August 31, 2019, subject to department approvals and further subject to approval of the Liquor Control Commissioner:
The OMC, LLC, (OMC Smokehouse), 1909 West Superior Street, with Thomas Hanson, 88 percent owner, Louis Hanson, Jeffery Petcoff and Caniel Lefebure each 4 percent owners.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application for the on sale intoxicating liquor license and on sale Sunday license was reviewed by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their March 6th meeting. The application was approved unanimously by the commission.
