RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN OFF SALE 3.2% MALT LIQUOR LICENSE TO FAMILY DOLLAR STORES, INC

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following liquor license, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
Family Dollar Stores, Inc. (Family Dollar #30986) at 902 Commonwealth Avenue
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of Altitude of Duluth, LLC. for an off-sale 3.2% malt liquor license was reviewed by the Duluth police department and was recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their meeting on December 6, 2023.
