CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with PCi Roads, LLC for the rehabilitation and reline of Brewery Creek Storm Sewer Sections 29 and 31 in the amount of $743,150, payable from Stormwater Fund 535, Department 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 (Capital), Object 5535 (Non-Capital Improvements, city project no. 0036ST, requisition no. 16-0073.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize a contract with PCi Roads, LLC for the rehabilitation and reline of Brewery Creek Storm Sewer Sections 29 and 31 in the amount of $743,150. PCi Roads, LLC was the lowest responsible bidder of the three companies that responded. The engineer’s estimate was $625,106. This project will rehabilitate the Brewery Creek storm sewer to restore the structural capacity of the existing pipe. Payable from Stormwater Fund 535, Department 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 (Capital), Object 5533 (Capital Improvements, city project no. 0036ST, requisition no. 16-0073.
