BE IT RESOLVED, by the Duluth Economic Development Authority (DEDA) that the attached DEDA Operating Fund (860), Debt Service Fund (861), and Capital Projects Fund (865) budgets for the year 2025 are hereby approved.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this resolution is to approve the DEDA budgets for 2025.
