CITY PROPOSAL:
The city of Duluth does ordain:
Section 1. That Section 34-14 of Chapter 34 of the Duluth City Code is hereby
amended as follows:
Sec. 34-14. False soliciting.
No person shall, for the purpose of soliciting contributions of money or sales, falsely represent himself themselves to be, or knowingly give the false appearance of being blind, deaf, dumb, without arms or legs, or otherwise physically deficient or suffering from a physical disability defect or infirmity, nor shall he they knowingly make any other false representations for the purpose of soliciting such contributions or sales.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect 30 days after passage and publication.
