CITY PROPOSAL:

BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale liquor license for the period beginning June 1, 2016, and ending August 31, 2016, respectively, subject to departmental approvals, without further restrictions:

LEISURE HOSPITALITY OF MINNESOTA, LLC (PIER B RESORT & SILO RESTAURANT), 800 WEST RAILROAD STREET, DULUTH, MN 55802 with Dan Little, Manager as provided in attachment A.

Statement of Purpose

 

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:   The application of Leisure Hospitality of Minnesota for an on sale liquor license dance license and Sunday liquor license has been reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed the application at a special meeting held May 11th and are recommending approval.
