CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that contract 30633 with LHB, Inc. for professional engineering services for the 3rd Street Reconditioning Project from Mesaba Avenue to 12th Avenue East, be amended to increase the amount by $94,789.00 for a new total of $547,410.00 payable from fund 411-035-5530; PI2022-1462 (permanent improvement; Capital Projects Accounts; improvements other than buildings; 2022 permanent improvement projects; 3rs street reconditioning).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends contract 30633 with LHB, Inc. by an amount of $94,789.00. This amendment is necessary due to the extension of the construction to two years in order to increase the number of interested contractors. City staff requires assistance from LHB to perform construction administration services for the 3rd Street Reconditioning Project.
