CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth issues the following on sale intoxicating liquor license, Sunday license for the period ending August 31, 2018, subject to department approvals and further subject to approval of the Liquor Control Commissioner:

                                          Vanilla Bean Duluth, LLC, (Vanilla Bean), 1608 Woodland Avenue, with Jason Vincent, 100 percent owner.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The application for the on sale intoxicating liquor license and on sale Sunday license was reviewed by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their January 3^rd meeting. The application was approved unanimously by the commission.
