CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to execute an agreement with SEH Inc., for engineering services for the 2026 street preservation project, Project No. 2317 for an amount not to exceed $199,975.00, payable from 440-038-5530, SIP2026-2317 (street improvement program, special assessment contracts, improvements other than buildings; 2026 street improvement projects, preliminary engineering and geotechnical testing services).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement for design and bidding services for the 2026 street preservation project, Project No. 2317, for an amount not to exceed $199,975.00.
The City Purchasing Division issued a request for proposals for the project on May 2, 2025, and received three proposals. After evaluation and scoring, SEH Inc. has been recommended for the award of this project.
