RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A “NO PARKING” ZONE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WEST COLLEGE STREET FROM 19TH AVENUE E TO LAWN STREET.

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that in accordance with the provisions of Section 33-97 of the Duluth City Code, 1959, as amended, the following “No Parking” zone is hereby established:
South side of West College Street from 19th Avenue E to Lawn Street.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution codifies and extends the existing “no parking” zones on College Street. No residents are affected by this change, as the houses do not have frontage on this section of West College Street. The resolution was discussed at the Duluth Parking Commission meeting held on August 1, 2025. The Parking Commission voted in favor of establishing the “no parking” zones on West College Street.
