CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that contract L30734 with LHB, Inc. for professional engineering services
for the Norton Road Bridge at Chester Creek Construction Project, be amended to include the additional design services that were not included in the scope of the original contract, and to provide construction administration services as detailed in the attached fee estimate, and to increase the amount by the not to exceed amount of $110,102.00 for a new total of $214,753.25 payable from The Permanent Improvement Fund 411, Department 035 (Capital Projects Account), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 2112, SP 118-080-067.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends contract L30734 with LHB, Inc. by an amount not to exceed $110,102.00. This amendment is necessary due to the increase in scope from the original design contract and the adding of construction services as detailed in the attached fee estimates to the contract. City staff require assistance from LHB to perform design and construction administration services for the Norton Road Bridge at Chester Creek Construction Project.
