CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with JMF Construction Inc. for the Park Point Storm Sewer Improvements in the amount of $211,954.85, payable out of the fund 535-500-1905-5533; UtilB-2147 (stormwater, Public Works and Utilities, capital (incl deprec/debt svc)), capital improvements-revenue; utility projects budgeted-city project 2147.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the award of a contract for the Park Point Storm Sewer Improvements to JMF Construction Inc. in the amount of $211,954.85. This project allows for the connection of sump pump laterals to the City system. The project will be paid for with City utilities funds. JMF Constructions Inc. was the lowest responsible bidder of the six companies that responded. Payable out of the stormwater fund 535, Department Public Works and Utilities 500, division 1905 (capital (incl deprec/debt svs)), object 5533 (capital improvements-revenue), city project no. 2147, requisition no. 24-99461.
