Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement with MnDOT to reimburse the state for the City’s share of the engineering and construction costs for the London Road Reconstruction project. This project is a two-year construction project that is scheduled to start in the Spring of 2026 and be completed in 2027. The City will use Federal Aid, Municipal State Aid and appropriate utility funds for our share of the costs. The actual costs will be updated with a Revised Schedule “I” and attached to the agreement once the bid is awarded.
