CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a first amendment, substantially in the form of that attached hereto as Exhibit A, to the August 2016 Amended and Restated Development Agreement (“Agreement”) with One Roof Community Housing (“One Roof”), related to a housing development on Jay Street in Duluth, revising the legal description of the property which will be reconveyed to the City after construction of the homes on the site is complete.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a first amendment to the Agreement with One Roof for the Jay Street housing project. Based on discussions with the Examiner of Titles, the amendment slightly revises the legal description of the property which will be reconveyed to the City after construction of the homes on the project is completed.
