RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A “NO PARKING” ZONE ON BOTH SIDES OF 21^ST AVENUE EAST FROM LONDON ROAD TO WOODLAND AVENUE.

CITY PROPOSAL:

Resolved, that in accordance with the provisions of Section 33-97 of the Duluth City Code, 1959, as amended, the following “No Parking” zone is hereby established:

                     Both sides of 21^st Avenue East from London Road to Woodland Avenue.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This parking restriction resolution for 21st Avenue East is meant to formalize the existing no parking zones on 21^st Avenue East from London Road to Woodland Avenue.  The restrictions were discussed at the Duluth Parking Commission meeting held on March 4, 2022.  The Parking Commission voted in favor of keeping the no parking zones on both sides of 21^st Ave East from London Road to Woodland Ave.
