CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED,  that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the temporary expansion of the designated serving area of the following on sale intoxicating liquor licenses, subject to departmental approvals, with any specific restrictions:

                                          Alpine Bar and Lounge, Inc. (Alpine Bar and Lounge Inc.) 1308 Commonwealth Avenue, for June 23-25^th, 2017, serving time undetermined.;

                                          Players Grandstand, Inc. (Players Grandstand) 4024 Grand Avenue, for July 15^th, 2017, serving from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m.;

                                          Shotz Bar, Inc. (Shotz Bar) 1321 Commonwealth Avenue, for June 24, 2017 serving time undetermined.;

                                          Lake Effect, Inc. (Lake Avenue Restaurant and Bar) 394 South Lake Avenue, for June 16-17 from 7:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. on June 16, 2017 and from 4:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. on June 17^th.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission have reviewed the applications at their May commission meeting and are recommending approval.
