CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that contract L30271 with LHB, Inc. for Professional Engineering Services
for the replacement of Bridge No. L8514 St. Andrews Street over Tischer Creek, be amended to include construction administration services as detailed in the attached proposed fee estimate worksheet, and to increase the amount by $74,845.00 for a new total of $121,465.00 payable from Permanent Improvement Fund 411, Department 035 (Capital Projects Accounts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), City Project no. 1861.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends contract L30271 with LHB, Inc. by the amount of $74,845.00. This amendment is necessary because construction administration services were not included in the scope of services of the original contract. City staff requires assistance from LHB to perform construction administration services for the replacement of Bridge N. L8514 St. Andrews Street over Tischer Creek Project. Payable out of Permanent Improvement Fund 411, Department 035 (Capital Projects Accounts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), City Project no. 1861, requisition no. 23-99000750.
