RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF AN ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO HANABI Z & J, LLC

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of the following liquor license, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
Hanabi, Inc (Hanabi) to Hanabi Z & J (Hanabi) for 110 North 1st Avenue West
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of Hanabi Z & J to transfer the on-sale intoxicating liquor license held by Hanabi, Inc. was reviewed by the Duluth Police Department and was recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their May 1 meeting.
