RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF AN ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE HELD BY PDMM, INC.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of the following liquor license, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
PDMM, Inc. (Green Mill Restaurant and Bar, Canal Park) to CPGM, LLC (Green Mill Restaurant and Bar, Canal Park) for 340 South Lake Avenue
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of CPGM, LLC. to transfer the on-sale intoxicating liquor license was held by PDMM, Inc. was reviewed by the Duluth police department and was recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their February 7 meeting.
