RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A TEMPORARY ON SALE LIQUOR LICENSE TO VARIOUS LICENSEES.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following temporary liquor licenses, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
Lake Superior Center Authority (Great Lakes Aquarium’s Aqua Affair) for March 23, 2024, at 353 Harbor Drive;
Minnesota Craft Brewer’s Guild (All Pints North) for July 27, 2024 at 350 Harbor Drive;
Lake Superior Zoological Society (Toast to Tails) for April 5, 2024 at 7210 Fremont Street;
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: These applications for a temporary on-sale liquor license were reviewed by the Duluth police department and were recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their February 7 meeting.
