CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that proper city officials are authorized to amend agreement L30869, attached as Exhibit A, with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., for archaeological services as part of the environmental assessment process, for an increase of $10,564 and a total amount not to exceed $133,064, payable from 110-132-1301-5310 (general fund, Planning & Construction Services, planning and development, contract services).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the City of Duluth to amend agreement L30869 with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., for archaeological services required to meet Minnesota State Historic Preservation Office requirements as part of the environmental services process for the Central High School site redevelopment project.
The developer is paying for the costs for the archaeological services.
