Resolved, that the appointment of Derek Medved, to the Duluth Public Utilities Commission by the Duluth City Council, for a term expiring on July 1, 2027, is hereby confirmed.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution confirms a new appointment to the DPUC, Interview was held on July 11, 2024
