CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Duluth accepts a donation of $3,485 from the Duluth Preservation Alliance to fund the purchase of four interpretive signs for the Incline Stairway Trail, with said funds to be deposited into fund 210-030-3105-4660 (special projects, Finance, parks gifting program, gifts and donations).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes acceptance of a donation of $3,485 from the Duluth Preservation Alliance to fund the purchase of four interpretive signs for the Incline Stairway Trail. The new signs will detail the historical significance of the Incline Stairway Trail and be installed by Park Maintenance staff.
