RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A BIKE LANE ON BOTH SIDES OF 4TH STREET FROM 5TH AVENUE E TO 6TH AVENUE E.

CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that in accordance with the provisions of Section 9-5 of the Duluth City Code, 1959, as amended, the following bike lane is hereby established:

 

Both sides of 4th Street from 5th Avenue E to 6th Avenue E.

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution extends the existing bike lanes on 4th Street from the east side of 6th Avenue E for one block to the west, the bike lanes will be extended as a part of the 4th Street Reconstruction Project, City Project No. 2096, scheduled to begin in 2028.
