CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to correct the total amount not to be exceeded under contract L30210 with TRC Environmental Services for engineering services for shoreline repairs resulting from the October 2018 storm from $677,609.45 to $679,064.00, payable from fund 225-125-1815-5310-STRM1018 (disaster recovery fund; finance; contract services; storm surge October 10, 2018).

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution corrects a mathematical error in Resolution 22-0135R previously approved by City Council. Resolution 22-0135 authorized an increase of $17,339 to a contract with TRC Environmental Services for engineering services for repair of stormwater outfalls damaged in the October 2018 storm. As a result of a mathematical error, Resolution 22-0135 incorrectly stated that the new contract amount produced by the increase was a total not to exceed $677,609.45. This resolution establishes that the correct new contract amount is a total not to exceed $679,064.00.
