CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a second amendment to the professional services agreement (city contract no. 31362) with Resolute Law, LLC, substantially in the form of the attached Document A, increasing the fees and expenses by $100,000 for a total amount not to exceed $149,000, payable from City Fund: 110-700-1407-5304.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize a second amendment to the professional services agreement with Resolute Law, LLC, to increase the fees and expenses. Resolute Law, LLC, is a law firm retained by the city to provide legal services relating to Dave Drozdowski vs. City of Duluth, Case No. 69DU-CV-26-562.
