RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TEMPORARY EXPANSION OF THE ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO VARIOUS LICENSEES.

 

Body

CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED,  that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the temporary expansion of the designated serving area of the following on sale intoxicating liquor licenses, subject to departmental approvals, with any specific restrictions:

                                          Bent Paddle Brewing Co. 1912 West Michigan Street, for May 14, 2016, serving from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m;

                                          Attachment A

                                                                                    

                        The Lake Effect Inc. (Lake Avenue Restaurant and Bar) - 394 South Lake Avenue application for temporary expansion of the licensed premises of their on sale intoxicating liquor license and temporary dance license for June 17th and 18th.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission have reviewed the applications at their April 6th commission meeting and are recommending  approval.
