CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to execute a service agreement with Rick’s Tree and Stump Removal for clearing trees and brush at three easement sites in the City for the amount of $68,987.17, payable from fund 510-500-1945-5310 (water; Public Works and Utilities; utility operations; contract services).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a service agreement with Rick’s Tree and Stump Removal for clearing trees and brush from three easement sites in the city
This is an unbudgeted expense so Utility Operations will reduce costs in other areas to cover the cost of this work
The City requested quotes from all licensed tree contractors for this scope of work. Rick’s Tree and Stump Removal was the only licensed tree contractor to submit a quote.
